This software allows the user to store and classify data and then search for patterns quickly and in an efficient manner. Coding of transcripts was done to ensure coherence and consistency of patterns in responses obtained from the interviewees. The results obtained indicated that practitioners with medium confidence levels were less likely to volunteer for the interview compared to those with high confidence levels.
